EL CAJON, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A suspect is wanted after one person was killed and two others were wounded Thursday in a shooting in El Cajon, authorities said.
Around 4:50 p.m., SkyFOX was over the 400 block of North Magnolia Avenue, where multiple police cars could be seen outside of a dental office.
The El Cajon Police Department (ECPD) confirmed one person died while two other victims were taken to the hospital.
Authorities describe the shooting suspect as a light skinned man, 20-30 years old and wearing all black clothing, ECPD posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, at 5:28 p.m. The suspect was last seen northbound on North Mollison Avenue in a white U-Haul pickup truck with Arizona license plate AM14894.
